The plumber arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before getting started. It was determined that the root cause of the problem was a sewer backflow pipe issue, which falls under the responsibility of the HOA. Unfortunately, this led to sewage backing up into my garage and causing damage. The plumber handled the situation efficiently and with great attention to detail. They not only addressed the immediate issue but also ensured everything was clean and in proper working order before leaving. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. While additional repairs such as drywall replacement, sanitation, and mold treatment are still needed, those are the responsibility of the HOA to address. I really appreciated their honesty and fair pricing—no surprises or unnecessary upselling. It’s such a relief to find a reliable plumber you can trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of quality plumbing services!

Nick and his team were just top notch. We had another national plumbing company quoted us $7K to fix a sub-pump issue, and Nick figured it out in like half an hour, no charge. I’m not kidding. Nick, the owner, came out to switch a toilet for us and was everything you hope for in a local professional—punctual, friendly, and very fair priced. He took the time to explain exactly why our old toilet wasn’t working properly and even offered helpful suggestions on a few DIY projects my not-so-handy spouse has going on. Not only did they send someone out right away but the 2 plumbers they sent out went out of their way to assess and take care of our problem, which happened to be a fork stuck in our washing machine drain. Boy did we have a good laugh about that. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues and highly recommend their company.

Needed replacement water heater due t old one leaking. Response time for all communications was super fast, Arrived on site early, finished 2 hours early. New water heater works great!
They are really amazing. I called them at 7pm for urgent request to fix the faucet and they came at 8pm to fix it. They did amazing job.
Nick was awesome. He was referred by our original plumber who no longer lives in the Bay Area. I called him because my fancy wall-mount Vola faucet popped out of the wall after almost 20 years of service. I tried to put it back in myself, but the water pressure pushed it back out every time I turned on the water. I was worried that I might need to buy an expensive new faucet and/or even need to remove the stone backsplash. I was also worried that it might be days or over a week before we we would be able to get someone to come out. We live in Oakland and I wasn't sure if he was located nearby. I was pleasantly surprised right from the start when he answered the phone. I was expecting to have to leave a message. He was very nice and friendly. I had a busy work day and didn't get around to calling until after lunch and was amazed when he said he could be to my house by 5 pm. Wow! A little later he texted me to tell me he could get there even earlier if that was OK. I said, "Yes, please!" He was on time and said the problem was an easy quick fix. He was done in a few minutes and what he charged was very fair. I expected to pay more. I own two small businesses myself and know that whatever time it takes to do the job doesn't take into consideration how much time it takes to get to and from the job and the overhead of starting and running a business. He was also fun to have in my house and I will definitely be using him again. I would give Nick more that 5 stars if I could! Thank you.
Nick and Zeke came out and fixed my ongoing problem with roots in the line. Four different plumbers later, finally found ones that wanted to solve my problem. Highly recommend!!! Never leave reviews but had to this time. Price was very reasonable as well.
I called Apex this morning about a possible leak in my upstairs bathroom. Nick and Ryan arrived shortly after my phone call and their diagnosis was that the problem seemed to be that the fixtures in the shower had not been securely caulked. They installed a new shower head and applied caulking where needed. Both men were courteous and efficient. I will call on Apex should I have plumbing problems in the future. Norma Macdonald
We give Apex 5 stars. The waste line from our home was seriously blocked. The first plumber to arrive didn't know what to do nor did he have the right tools. We then called Apex. They were experts, had all the necessary equipment and got the job done. Thank you Apex.
