It was determined that the root cause of the problem was a sewer backflow pipe issue, which falls under the responsibility of the HOA. Unfortunately, this led to sewage backing up into my garage and causing damage. The plumber handled the situation efficiently and with great attention to detail. They not only addressed the immediate issue but also ensured everything was clean and in proper working order before leaving. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. While additional repairs such as drywall replacement, sanitation, and mold treatment are still needed, those are the responsibility of the HOA to address. I really appreciated their honesty and fair pricing—no surprises or unnecessary upselling. It’s such a relief to find a reliable plumber you can trust. Nick, the owner, came out to switch a toilet for us and was everything you hope for in a local professional—punctual, friendly, and very fair priced. He took the time to explain exactly why our old toilet wasn’t working properly and even offered helpful suggestions on a few DIY projects my not-so-handy spouse has going on. Not only did they send someone out right away but the 2 plumbers they sent out went out of their way to assess and take care of our problem, which happened to be a fork stuck in our washing machine drain. Boy did we have a good laugh about that. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues and highly recommend their company.
